Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it — life happens. We're flexible where we can be, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Here's how it works:
Notice Required Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another client.
One-Time Courtesy Everyone gets one free pass. Your first cancellation or reschedule — as long as it meets the 48-hour notice requirement — comes with no penalty, no questions asked.
Late Cancellations:
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
* No-Shows Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee.
* Repeat Cancellations After your one-time courtesy, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments at the Studio.
